This Privacy Policy explains how Rank Up ("Rank Up", "we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use the Rank Up mobile application. Rank Up helps Rocket League players browse training packs, mechanics, favourites, completion state, and related video tutorials.

Information We Do Not Collect Directly

Rank Up does not require you to create an account and does not ask you to provide your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos, camera access, microphone access, or payment information.

Information Stored On Your Device

Rank Up stores app preferences and usage choices locally on your device so the app can work as expected. This may include:

• favourite training packs and mechanics;
• completed or incomplete training pack state;
• whether the app has already loaded its training pack data;
• cached training pack and mechanic content used by the app.

This local data is used only to provide app features. You can remove it by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the app. Depending on your Android settings, local app data may also be included in Android backup or device transfer features managed by Google and your device.

Information Collected Automatically By Third-Party Services

Rank Up uses third-party services that may collect information automatically from your device, such as device identifiers, advertising identifiers, IP address, approximate location derived from IP address, app interactions, crash or diagnostic data, and information about ads shown in the app. These services process information under their own privacy policies.

Third-party services used by Rank Up include:

• Firebase Realtime Database and Firebase Firestore, used to provide and update app content such as training packs and mechanics.
• Firebase Analytics, which may collect app usage and device information to help understand app performance and usage.
• Google Mobile Ads / AdMob, used to show ads in the app. Rank Up configures ad requests for child-directed treatment, users under the age of consent, and a maximum general-audience ad content rating.
• YouTube / Google services, used when video tutorials are embedded or opened from the app.

Advertising

Rank Up displays ads through Google Mobile Ads / AdMob. Google may use device information and advertising identifiers to deliver, limit, measure, and improve ads, subject to your device settings and applicable law. You can manage advertising preferences through your Android or Google account settings.

Clipboard

Rank Up lets you copy Rocket League training pack codes to your device clipboard. Clipboard contents are handled by your device operating system and may be accessible to other apps according to your device's clipboard behavior and permissions.

Children's Privacy

Rank Up is designed to be suitable for a general audience and configures Google Mobile Ads requests for child-directed treatment and users under the age of consent. Rank Up does not knowingly ask children to provide personal information. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app or through a support request, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

How We Use Information

Information handled by Rank Up and its service providers is used to:

• display and update training packs, mechanics, and video tutorial content;
• remember favourites, filters, and completion state on your device;
• show and measure ads;
• understand app usage, reliability, and performance;
• respond to feedback or support requests if you contact us.

Sharing Of Information

We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers such as Google Firebase, Google Mobile Ads / AdMob, and YouTube / Google services as described in this policy. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or with your consent.

Data Retention

Local app data remains on your device until you delete it, clear app storage, or uninstall the app. Third-party service providers retain data according to their own retention policies and your account or device settings.

Your Choices

• You can clear Rank Up's local data in Android app settings.
• You can uninstall Rank Up to remove local app data from your device.
• You can manage ad personalization and advertising identifiers in Android or Google settings.
• You can manage Android backup and device transfer behavior in your device settings.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information handled by the app. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes To This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of Rank Up after a policy update means the updated policy applies to your use of the app.
